🪩 HUSTLE AS A SOCIAL DANCE 🪩

We’re excited to welcome Tran to The Beacon for a special 4-week Hustle series + social!

Over four weeks, we’ll dig into Hustle as a social dance, building the tools, connection, and confidence to actually use what you learn on the dance floor. We will close out the series with a Hustle Social on November 2nd to put it all into practice. ✨

ABOUT THE SERIES:
Each week will dive into an aspect of social dance, how it ties into hustle, and how this can change based on who you dance with. We will focus on the intersection of connection, communication, play and safety with your partner. 

Classes are open to both Seattle beginner and intermediate hustle dancers but you should be familiar with hustle counts and footwork (cross-body, send-out, 1 ½ turns). These moves will be reviewed in the first two weeks. 

Come to the full series to build on each week or drop-in to a class to build on your existing understanding of hustle. You do not need a partner to join :)

🔥 POP-UP WORKSHOP ALERT! 🔥

We’re excited to welcome Kid Nimbus to The Beacon for a special 3-hour Hip Hop workshop!
Come ready to train, explore, and spend an afternoon diving deeper into Hip Hop movement with Kid Nimbus.

Kid Nimbus is a highly decorated multidisciplinary movement artist from Chicago Illinois. He credits himself with the amount of control he has with his body, aiding to adapt to different types of movement on the fly. In addition to movement, his musicality is his best asset as he’s able to dissect and understand music from his appreciation for music production. With over 80 combined national and international dance competition wins with notable works such as Fusion Concept, Red Bull Dance Your Style, and Radical Forze Jam and final placements, a choreography piece touching the American College Dance Festival, and his work in medical research; Kid Nimbus is an artists artist and the definition of what it means to be multifaceted
