Seattle Philharmonic Orchestra A true Puget Sound tradition, the Seattle Philharmonic is an orchestra of talented community members.

The Phil is a member-owned orchestra that presents four exciting concerts every year. The atmosphere is both relaxed and involving; the musicianship passionate. Music Director Adam Stern's unique programming combines beloved masterworks with must-hear rarities, including local and West Cost premieres. All at ticket prices that make it affordable to families and students.

And that’s a wrap on our 81st season–we simply can’t thank you enough for supporting us all these years. What an honour it was to have you in the hall with us to give composer Nicole Buetti such a warm reception and to have soprano Stacey Mastrian bring Gustav Mahler’s “Rückert-Lieder” to life as well; we hope you had as much fun as we did working on each piece. 🎶

Of course, we’re always grateful for the support we get from the crew at with how smoothly they help the day run.

As Adam said, we’re going to miss you, but next season will be here in no time – stay tuned, and while we may be done for the season, watch out for some summer orchestra fun! The classical music community rarely seems to rest…

We are, in fact, going to toot our own horns for our season finale: you don't want to miss out—soprano Stacey Mastrian will be joining us again as we perform Gustav Mahler's Rückert-Lieder, and we will also be performing works by Nicole Buetti, and Modest Mussorgsky (orchestrated by Maurice Ravel). 🎶
