Our family spent some of this past week painting rocks during our in-home “art class”! Then we hid them in our neighborhood to give local residents a fun sort-of scavenger hunt during their walks.

The Stay-At-Home life is getting the creativity flowing after a very long time, and gifting us more time to spend with each other doing art and enriching our life together.

I'm excited to finally be posting this graphite piece I did of an Anatomical Heart. This was a commissioned piece and an unexpected opportunity that I have learned a lot from. I am looking forward to working on the next project with this group!

Fall is here! It's been 3 months since I posted. It was a great summer and plenty hot for Seattle. I'm now ready for Fall and feeling the season. Ready to get back to my indoor projects! I have spent most of my summer with family and friends. The kids have kept me busy with field trips, water fun, and other kid-related activities. School has now started up and I'm ready to get back into my illustrations and painting. Hoping to find more time this season for these things.
