Even as the light slowly returns, the earth beneath us is still in winter.

Roots are working quietly in the dark.
Water is moving through soil and stone.
Seeds are gathering strength in unseen places.

Spring does not arrive by abandoning the darkness.
It rises from within it.

In times of uncertainty, remaining rooted in the deep earth — in our bodies, breath, and sensing — can help us stay steady while the world shifts around us.

Somatic movement invites us to remember that our bodies know how to live inside cycles of darkness and light.

We do not need to rush the unfolding.
