Ten Grands Seattle

Ten Grands Seattle Ten grand pianos, ten amazing pianists, one sensational stage, one night only (May 9, 2020). All to Student musicians are also involved.

Ten concert pianists on 10 grand pianos on a stunning, dramatically lit, multi-level setting onstage at Benaroya Hall. The unique, one-night-only concert (sellouts in 2011-2014) will benefit the Seattle Symphony's education programs for children, and other select nonprofit organizations. During the first five years of Ten Grands Seattle concerts proceeds, in the form of grants, were awarded to organizations that provide the gift of music to children. Since 2012, winners of the statewide Solo and Ensemble contest co-sponsored by WMEA and WIAA performed in the Grand Lobby of Benaroya Hall before the concert and during intermission. Ticketholders are invited to this pre-concert, which starts at 5:15.
