Caudal Peduncle Imagine NY pop-punk, Blondie and Television blended together - on a stick…with glitter ✨.

Caudal Peduncle, a vibrant and engaging band, was formed in late 2019 with a unique inception. The band's origin traces back to a retirement party at the Seattle Aquarium, where three colleagues—Diana, Mike, and Bob—decided to come together and create something special. A beloved coworker’s departure sparked Diana's idea to form a band with a humorous, marine-themed name: Caudal Peduncle. Kevin, a long-time musical collaborator with Mike, joined the group from the beginning. Diana, Mike, and Bob, who all still work at the Aquarium, share a love for music and performing. While this is Diana’s first venture into the world of bands, she brings a wealth of experience from the dance and performance production world. Mike, Bob, and Kevin add to this with their extensive experience as seasoned musicians. Mike and Kevin, in particular, have been playing and writing music together for years. Caudal Peduncle is known for their dynamic performances, captivating costumes, and catchy, enjoyable music. The band’s engaging stage presence and ability to connect with audiences have quickly garnered them a loyal following. Their blend of fun, creativity, and musical talent makes them a standout act, providing audiences with an unforgettable and entertaining experience.
