Inspiration - Breathe Think Love

Inspiration - Breathe Think Love Breathe Think Love started as a simple mantra: a three-step guide to creation. Our mission is to Inspire, Connect and Empower

But it quickly blossomed into a vibrant community, a tribe welcoming artists, dreamers, and changemakers of all backgrounds.

With roots in Eritrea, Nahom’s ( ) creations reflect his personal journey as an immigrant artist and how his multicultural experiences have shaped the way he sees and creates art. His work feels deeply personal, but also universal, because it speaks to emotions many of us can understand—memory, change, healing, belonging, and the search for identity.

Through soft, colorful, and dreamlike landscapes, Nahom invites viewers into a world that feels calm, emotional, and reflective. His figures may appear quiet, but they carry a powerful presence. They seem to hold stories of resilience, hope, and self discovery, reminding us that art can be a way to process what we have been through and reconnect with parts of ourselves.

Each piece holds a deeper meaning the longer you sit with it. Nahom’s work encourages us to slow down, look closer, and feel what is being expressed beyond the surface. It reminds us that art is not only about beauty, but also about connection, emotion, and storytelling.

Take some time to visit ā€˜s Instagram or page, and allow yourself to experience the stories, feelings, and reflections within his work.

Meet Nahom Ghirmay ( ) also known as Nahom Artsy, a Seattle-based artist whose work explores identity, emotion, and the shared experiences that connect us as people.

With roots in Eritrea and a creative voice shaped by storytelling, Nahom uses art as a way to build empathy, invite reflection, and open conversations across cultures. His work reminds us that every person carries a story, and art can help us see those stories with more care and understanding.
This is the first post in our series highlighting Nahom Ghirmay and the meaning behind his creative practice. šŸ’›āœØ
