We asked these guests what stayed with them after their time at Pumarosa.

Their answer says more than we could.

You can feel it already. The light changes a little earlier, the air feels different, and evenings start asking us to slow down.

Fall is almost here. The warmth stays.

You come to make a candle. Somewhere between the fragrances, conversations, and pouring, you make a memory too.

Meet our newest featured artist: Marie Andrée Goncalves Maldonado.

Her work is rooted in psychology. She explores the many faces of human identity, drawing from her Latin American heritage where masks carry centuries of meaning, ritual, and identity. Her paintings are as much about the interior life as they are about color and form.

Exhibited in Venice, Rome, Los Angeles, Madrid, Monaco, and Vienna. Recipient of the Michelangelo International Art Award, Rome.

Come discover her work in person at Pumarosa, right in the heart of Downtown Seattle.

People come to Pumarosa thinking they’re going to make a candle. What they actually make is 90 minutes with the people they love, and a memory worth keeping.

And if you only have ten minutes, that works too. Every candle and reed diffuser on our shelves is hand-poured right here, ready to take home.

Lighting a candle has meant wisdom, memory, gratitude, and presence for thousands of years. We get to be a small part of that every day, and it never stops feeling like a privilege.

If you’re in downtown Seattle, come see us. Book a candle-making experience, try a reed diffuser session, or just stop by and take home a candle that was hand-poured right here in Seattle.

Some nights are remembered by taste. Others by scent. This one had both.

During Seattle Cocktail Week, Pumarosa and brought guests together at 600 Pine St, Pacific Place, Downtown Seattle for an immersive evening of fragrance discovery, candle making, and curated Bulleit pours.

It was slow, intentional, and rooted in craft from start to finish.

This is Kellie Rose.

She walked into Pumarosa with her guitar, and the room changed.

Kellie makes music to feel seen by. Soulful, honest, the kind of sound that stops you mid-sentence and makes you just… listen.
