Kaminsky Crafts Fantasy-inspired crafts are mixed media with an emphasis on fiber arts. Also the organizer of the Maple Leaf Halloween House.

Kaminsky Crafts is owned and operated by Tatiana (that's me). I've been an avid crafter for decades. Most (though certainly not all) of my interest centers around fiber arts. I started with sewing (first quilts, then costumes for Halloween and Burning Man) then took up knitting, crochet, and needle felting. I've taken some classes, but am mostly self-taught from books, online resources, and experi

mentation. I'm a naturally curious person and am always trying new crafts and techniques. I have met very few crafts I didn't like!

LAST CHANCE TO SHOP WITH ME FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE!!! I will be at the Pinehurst Makers' Market at Billings Middle School on Saturday from noon to 3:30. The event will be held outside, rain or shine. After this event, I'm putting Kaminsky Crafts on hiatus - I'm not sure for how long. So this will be the last chance to visit me! UPDATE: FUNDRAISING GOAL MET! THANK YOU!

I've been entirely too busy over the past couple of days to update here. Halloween was a success! Though we really would appreciate not having heavy rain on Halloween next year... Even with the weather, we had a VERY steady and heavy stream of visitors on Halloween itself. We reopened last night and had a bunch of people stop by, though many fewer than on Halloween itself. Things went pretty smoothly overall. And we SHATTERED last year's book giving record (202) by gifting 379 (!!) books to eager neighborhood readers. We're also VERY close to reaching our fundraising goal for Page Ahead, an awesome, well-established, and highly-rated charity that works to get books to kids who need them most. Please consider donating - our campaign closes tomorrow! Donations are tax-deductible and we will match donations up to $500! Link to the fundraiser in the comments.
