*February 3, 2024 — one lonely saturday morning in an AV closet office near SeaTac Nick spotted a craigslist want-ad looking for a drummer. ready to shake off some dust, he responded and threw his hat into the ring. a few emails and video chats later, Jimmy + Nick decided to put the pedal to the meddle and give this thing a shot.
over the next two and a half years they would intermittently jam in a plethora of spaces. from a friend’s house, to Kel Seoul’s Kent basement, to Crybaby Studios, to those rooms connected to the old Supernova Seattle building before work-life balance finally got in the way.
BUT not before they recorded some drums and basic guitars, that Jimmy would take home and layer up. then, like a memory, he resurfaced to send over the rough mixes and stems to Nick that he spun through his mixing desk.
