What if a landscape painting didn’t have to look exactly like a landscape to feel like one? ✨

My upcoming workshop, Abstract Landscape: A Sense of Place, is about capturing the feeling of a place instead of every little detail.

We’ll explore loose painting, layering, wet-on-wet techniques, composition, color, and letting the paint surprise us a little.
Sometimes the road appears by accident.

Sometimes the sunset shows up in the middle of the mess.
That’s the fun part.
