We have a new offering in the gallery by Skagit Valley artist, Joel Brock. (1961-2013).

Joel Brock - At the Edge of the Bay, pastel on paper, 10.5 x 12 in.

Inspired by local gems such as the Samish River Valley, Brock focused on horizontal expanses that emphasize tranquility and soft haze.
