Our Juniors  program focuses on further developing coordination, discipline, leadership skills, and creativity in a supportive and energetic environment. With an emphasis on respect, self-expression, and fun, students build strong foundations for both Capoeira and life beyond the roda.

Our teen and adult students moving through this course will develop strength, flexibility, rhythm, and coordination while learning essential Capoeira techniques—kicks, escapes, sequences, and basic acrobatics—at a comfortable pace in a safe and welcoming environment.

No experience needed—just curiosity and the willingness to move!

Parabéns Raposa! We celebrated Raposa’s birthday in class with a birthday Roda. Raposa has been training with Contramestra Água-viva for over four years now. We are so lucky to have her in our community! She is always there to help out, support and give her best even as a momma of a young girl. Thank you for being so amazing Raposa!
