Inspiration is everywhere… When you are inspired and continue creating, you inspire others— you motivate them to do their best work, set higher goals for themselves and achieve more. It’s like a beautiful circle of inspiration that keeps spinning, but it always starts with you & your thirst as a creative being.
My friend and co-creator and I have been having the best time creating this week… I’m overwhelmed with inspiration & having him around! I can’t wait for you to see what we’ve been creating!

Yesterday my account was DELETED. I was totally shocked & kinda bummed. Years of building content & connections with my yoga, fitness, and art community & countless friends from around the world are suddenly gone.
I’m a super positive person, but I feel a bit stuck on what to do next... I’ve reached out to IG & FB to recover my account with no luck yet, but haven’t given up hope.
While I wait, I’m going to combine my yoga/fitness & Art communities here and build again. IG TV CLASSES this week and all my YOGA/FITNESS will be shared from this account.
Please support me by sharing my IG with your community & friends or some tips on getting IG/FB inside support or help.
