It has come to my attention that a lot of ravers don't know about my favorite resources for tough times - repost this if you find these useful so more people can find them💙
🚨 text/call 988 if you're having a mental health crisis in the US. I have before, there's no shame in it. You might have to wait a bit, but they will get back to you, and you get to talk to a kind human trained in how to handle mental health crises (much safer than using LLMs).
❤️🩹 Depending where you live, you might be able to order naloxone (Narcan) for free - keep it on-hand in your fridge and take it with you when you go out. In Washington State, you can order up to once a month at PHRA dot org for free, that's what I do personally.
