Developed this image yesterday of a rainy day at the Oregon State Fair.

A Day At the Fair

The rains came down,
and the tarps went up.
Even some Oregonians carried
the hated umbrellas of shame.

We tromped through the puddles,
under a gray Oregon sky.
Smelling the corn dogs and pretzels,
aging on their racks.

Some rides moved, most did not,
But the tram overhead lumbered along.
At least it’s not so hot!
And hot it was not.
