Yay for the first mural of 2026!!🌟🌞 this wall .sanjuancapistrano is art sisters with the studio mural I painted for .northoc ! I love being able to run with a specific style of art and expanding on it to fit the aesthetic of the studio. A fun challenge!!

Top 3 things I learned this year that I’m taking with me into 2026 as a muralist & graphic designer- let’s go!🌟🎨⬇️

1) Connection>competition
There is room for everyone at the table!! Making friends in your field & collaborating as much as possible is where it’s at! Everyone brings a different dish to the dinner party.🍽️🎨 And potlucks are my fav anyways! Okay, I’ll stop with the dinner party metaphor, you get the point!

2) High follower count ≠ “successful” business
Honesty time: I wanted to go viral years ago so bad because I thought that meant I would have overflowing clients, a ton of work & oodles of social media engagement. The reality? Cold emails, reaching out to businesses with my portfolio & putting in the work to put myself out there is where the real magic is!✨ I still don’t have a ton of insta followers, but here I am muraling & creating full time👊🎨

3) Be delusional & take risks!
It’s not “fake it til’ ya make it” it’s “delusion until conclusion”…idk I made that up.. hahaha
Try a bunch of different things out until you find you flow within your business. Have fun, try new things & step out of your comfort zone. The best stuff is always over there!!🫶🏼

It’s the most wonderful time of the year over !! Y’all know I love any & all time I get to spend in Seal, so these windows were a TREAT🌟 shout out to for being the real MVP of this job !!

First Christmas windows of the season! I only tackled a handful of windows this year & I’m verrryy happy with that decision🌟🎄 Although the year is coming to an end, we surely aren’t done yet! Excited to end December with a BANG with a couple more walls to paint. Let’s finish 2026 out strong, shall we?!!
