Good Morning Everyone. I want to begin with a sincere apology for the delay in this follow-up, as well as for an oversight on my part during last weekend’s Ms./Mrs. pageant.

After reviewing everything, I discovered that my score sheet was inadvertently cut off during printing, which left no space for the judges to properly score the runners-up. This was entirely my mistake—not a reflection of our judges, who handled everything placed in front of them with professionalism and care. I take full responsibility, and I am truly sorry for this oversight. Please know that I have already taken steps to ensure this will not happen again in the future.

While I understand that nothing can replace the experience of being recognized on stage, I still want to make sure these deserving participants receive the acknowledgment they earned. After speaking with the judges, I am honored to share their selections for runners-up:
Ms. Division
• Khloe Reese Cross ( #14)
• Alaina Scott ( #17)
Mrs. Division
• Jennifer Gravil ( #15)
• Tiffany Thissen ( #4)

To these ladies—congratulations. Your hard work, confidence, and grace did not go unnoticed, and you are truly deserving of this recognition. I am deeply sorry that it was not announced in the way you deserved in the moment.

To everyone who participated, thank you for being part of such a special event. Your support, dedication, and enthusiasm made the pageant a success. I wish each of you a wonderful pageant season ahead and truly hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back next year.

Thank you all again for your understanding and support.

I wanted to follow up regarding the concerns over runner-up distinctions. I have investigated further and discovered that the score sheet for this division did, in fact, have 1st runner up distinctions for both Ms. and Mrs. Unfortunately the score sheet did not print out correctly and the spots for the runners-up was cut off - therefore the judges were unaware to assign those awards. This was definitely an accidental issue. I take full blame and will ensure that this doesn't happen again. Again, my sincerest apologies for causing any disappointment - Cindy

Good Evening! First, I would like to thank all of our contestants and their families that joined us today for our pageants. We loved having you!!

Secondly, I have been made aware that some contestants, specifically in our Ms./Mrs. divisions were upset regarding the lack of a 1st and 2nd Runner-up. I do apologize for that. This category is still relatively new and we are still learning how best to run those divisions locally. This year we had over 3 times what our previous highest number of contestants! We have already discussed including a 1st and 2nd runner-up in the future. Again, my apologies for disappointing our contestants - that would never be my intention. Secondly, the judges requested no questions for top picks, and as the judges, I do defer to them for questions needed as they are the ones that pick the top contestants. Again, my apologies for that. We will make sure that this does not happen in future pageants. I do invite anyone to reach out to me with any feedback. I was not made aware of the concerns until we were cleaning up. I wish I had the opportunity to apologize in person! Again, please accept my sincere apologies and I hope that you will consider visiting us again next year. - Cindy
