Josie was the sweetest Churro Burro for 2 Cinco de Mayo celebrations today. Who knew churros came in so many varieties? Regular, Oreo, Bavarian Cream… Josie enjoyed a regular churro with cinnamon sugar coating.

On our way home, we dropped off a few dozen to our Rural Metro fire station in Rio Verde Foothills. The first responders were thrilled!

What a beautiful night celebrating love at Desert Foothills Events and Wedding Venue in North Scottsdale. Our sweet Josie joined Bill of My Sweet A$$, , welcoming guests, offering a cold drink and sharing their special donkey love.
