Introduction to this phenomenal new studio that has repurposed so many elements of our beautiful Eutopia. Be sure to check it out! Kristine is teaching dance fitness on 2/6 and 2/27 at 10:30 a.m.

Upward Light Healing and Yoga isn't your typical massage and yoga studio. I was led to open a place of comfort, healing and growth after tragedy struck my family. Perhaps I did things differently than most when it comes to opening a new business. I was led by spirit and magic instead of projections and planning. I was not prepared in many ways, as I am gaining TONS of new skills daily (and still working out the kinks in a couple other arenas.) But my promise to you is to continue to work, refine, and heal myself, keeping the magic alive in me. And in return I will continue to connect with, build, and gather a fantastic, knowledgeable and loving tribe to help lead our community. Upward Light Healing and Yoga offers you a space to gain clarity, expand your awareness, and elevate your healing process through massage, intuitive and energy work, cranial unwinding, yoga, dance, and meditation classes. Let us bring a little magic into your lives.

EUTOPIA RISING- 7 months ago our Eutopia Community lost our space due to the business challenges of Covid-19, and after the generous contributions of many we were able to save our cherished dance floor and mirrors with the hope that it will one day be used in another space. That day happened yesterday!

Meet Kara Ford, the owner of Upward Light Healing located next to the Children’s Museum in downtown Mesa. She has a thriving massage therapy business and after experiencing a death of a loved one to su***de felt convicted to rent the space next to her to offer meditation, yoga, and dance with the goal of uplifting our communities. A kindred spirit to our Eutopia mission.

We will dance again on our floor with our new community. We will keep you apprised of the Grand Opening in the near future.

My heart is full with gratitude with the support from so many of you. Here’s to our next Chapter!!💜

EUTOPIANS WE HAVE AN UPDATE! After an unprecedented year I am happy to report we have a new mini-gym because of the generosity of many through our gofundme campaign. We have been on life support, but the truth is our beautiful community will never die. We also hope to open again in a larger suite in the future and our floors and mirrors are currently stored for this hopeful outcome.

In the meantime, Kristine is teaching dance fusion classes on Sundays at 10 a.m. either online or 5 in-person spots with masks (preregistration required). Text your registration request to 480-329-6690 or Eutopia FB Messenger and add the following:
1) Name
2) Date requested
3) Online or In Person
4) Kristine will follow up with either a zoom link or confirmation of your in-person spot.
5) Donations are being accepted by venmo -Reich (helps with costs related to storage, insurance and putting Mindbody and Constant Contacts on hold until we can open again)

Most importantly we sincerely hope Eutopians and their loved ones have stayed safe and healthy during this unbelievable time. Love and community are so important as we heal together.

For these classes you need to:

2. Go to www.maggyzumba.com
3. Find the date of the class you are attending and click "Class Info"
4. Create an account and then you will be emailed a SPECIAL CODE for you to be able to access the class (you only need to create a new account once, and then you will be able to use your sign in).
5. HAVE FUN and get your SWEAT ON!
