They’ve clearly had enough.
The Great Donkey Revolt of 1921 has arrived in Dillon, and judging by those faces, negotiations may already be over.
This is one of those paintings where the characters seem to take charge of the story themselves. I’ll leave the exact cause of the uprising to your imagination—but I strongly recommend meeting the ringleaders in person.
