•Fan installation (assembled, remove old, put new)
•Installation-change of lights fixtures (indoor-outdoor lights) , vanity lights.
•Change old lights with housing for HALO LED lights.
•Mounted tv installation (I can do it with cables hidden behind the wall if you want)
Plumbing work:
•Kitchen and bathroom faucet installation.
•Change or installation of garbage disposal.
•Change of valve of faucets and toilets due to problems of leaks or rusty-corrosion.
