Beef, Beans & Bluegrass is looking for volunteers!! This would be a great way to help out your community!! Sponsorships and Volunteers help keep these events alive.

💥Get Involved! Volunteers are needed to help with our festival August 21-23, 2026! Youth Groups, clubs & organizations, don't miss your chance to sign up before summer break begins & schedules fill up. It's a great way to give back to the community & gain experience!

A huge thank you to Pete and Donna Garl for donating their time each week to help take down banners at the end of the night. Your willingness to jump in and help has been so appreciated!

And to EVERYONE who has helped pick up trash, move things, clean up, set up, tear down, or simply jumped in wherever help was needed THANK YOU! Every helping hand made a difference.

To everyone who gave their time, energy, resources, and support this season we see you, we appreciate you, and we couldn't do it without you. ❤️🎶

Behind-the-Scenes Sponsor Spotlight!

A huge thank you to Papa Moon Craft Ciders for feeding our bands and making sure our performers had a great meal before taking the stage!

We'd also like to give a special thank you to the West Nebraska Arts Center for opening their doors and providing our bands with a cool, comfortable place to eat, relax, and hang out before showtime.

These are the behind-the-scenes moments that don't always get seen, but they make such a difference to our performers and our event.

We are incredibly grateful for the local businesses and organizations that continue to step up and support Bands on Broadway. ❤️

While the bands take the stage each Thursday, there's a team working tirelessly behind the scenes to make it all happen.

A very special thank you to Amy Westphal, Tevia Daly, and Ashley Votruba for the countless hours they've dedicated to Bands on Broadway this season.

From securing sponsorships and tracking sponsor benefits and marketing, coordinating our Green Room sponsors, scheduling intermission entertainment, organizing food trucks, managing social media, responding to emails and Facebook messages, hanging and taking down sponsor banners each week, setting out trash cans before every event, stocking/cleaning bathrooms, and staying after the crowds leave to clean up these three have done it all.

For 10 straight weeks, they've been there from setup to tear down, making sure every detail is covered so our community can simply show up and enjoy an incredible evening of music.

Most of what they do happens behind the scenes, but it is the reason Bands on Broadway runs as smoothly as it does. Their dedication, teamwork, and countless volunteer hours have helped make another amazing season possible.

Please join us in thanking Amy, Tevia, and Ashley for everything they've done. Your hard work, commitment, and passion for this event have not gone unnoticed.
