First, I just want to say THANK YOU. Seriously. The amount of support, referrals, repeat clients, and trust you guys continue to give me is absolutely insane. I am incredibly grateful β and alsoβ¦ SO. BUSY. π
Because my clientele has grown so much and my schedule is packed, Iβm making a few changes moving forward to help everything run as smoothly as possible and make the most of our appointment time.
DESIGNS:
Moving forward, I will be doing my best to have designs ready for approval before your appointment whenever possible. I want to cut down on the amount of time we spend designing the day of your appointment so we can spend more of your scheduled time actually tattooing. The past 2 years have been about learning and growing and I absolutely see that I need to improve in this area.
HOURLY CLIENTS & PREPAID HOURS:
If you have purchased an hourly package and have hours banked with me, the number of hours you schedule is the number of hours that will be deducted from your bank that day. Obviously my break time and interruptions will be considered when deducting hours.
If you schedule 4 hours and decide during your appointment that you only want to tattoo for 2, the full 4 hours will still be deducted. I have reserved that time specifically for you and have turned away other appointments to hold that block on my calendar.
If youβre unsure how much time you need for a piece or multiple pieces, I am more than happy to help you decide how much time to book. My goal is to make sure weβre scheduling realistically and using your time efficiently.
NEW CLIENT DEPOSITS & NO SHOW POLICY:
All new clients who have not purchased pre-paid hours are required to pay a $100 deposit to secure their appointment. This deposit is transferable to a rescheduled appointment, but it is non-refundable.
A no call, no show will result in the loss of your deposit.
If you have pre-paid hours and are a no call, no show, the hours scheduled for that appointment will be forfeited.
NEW PRICING:
My hourly rate is now $125/hour.
My new minimum is $85, which will apply to very small, simple tattoos that donβt require a full hour.
And lastlyβ¦ SCHEDULING. π
My books are ALMOST completely full through November and are now touching into December. I am doing my absolute best to work through the mountain of messages I receive regarding scheduling, appointments, designs, questions, etc.
If I donβt respond right away, please know it is absolutely not personal. I am one human trying to keep up with a very, very busy tattoo schedule, running a business, designing, tattooing, answering messages AND being a mom. π
I promise I am doing my best to get back to everyone as quickly as I can. The absolutely BEST way to schedule is to swing by the shop.
