Santa Cruz Eyebrows, Scotts Valley’s newest destination for expert eyebrow shaping and beauty services, is excited to announce its official ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, January 15, from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. The community is warmly invited to celebrate this special milestone.
