Last Sunday, Thom and Aretta Puppet Projects by one double-o four eight used the pavilion to work on their "Learning to Fly." They will be back a few more weeknights to rehearse.
Heidi Staven Carpenter worked on finger puppets for a client's order.

The new set for 'learning to fly' is nearly complete! It breaks down small enough to throw it in my car and drive it halfway across the country.

We had such an amazing experience working with Dreambox Theatre and the fabulous Atlanta Symphony Orchestra to celebrate Zoo Atlanta! We made sooooo many shadow puppets of animals you might see at the zoo and had them showing up on either side of the stage while William R. Langley conducted such incredible compositions, including "Main Title from Jurassic Park," "Raiders March" from Indiana Jones, both by John Williams, and La Mer III. Dialogue of the Wind by Debussy! Can you imagine being on stage with a full orchestra doing playing music you love while you're doing what you love? Still getting goosebumps over here just thinking about it.
