Today will be my last public gig.
After 30 years of DJ’n, it’s hard to put into words what this journey has meant to me. I’ve had one hell of a ride, and along the way I’ve met people who started as friends and became family.
I was lucky enough to live out a childhood dream. I can still remember watching Dolby D spin records while Mom was bowling, recording Super Dave’s live remotes, and eventually finding my way to a little place called Tunz. Those moments changed my life.
Mom, Dad, my sisters, and my entire Menard and Lantier family — thank you for always supporting me.
Stan the Man — I honestly don’t know if I would have made it through three decades without you. Thank you.
Super Dave — I love you, brother. You paved the way for so many of us.
Mooch — my first partner in crime. We grew up doing this together, and I’ll always cherish it.
DJ Digital — we’ve grown together through the years, and I’ve always looked up to you.
And to every DJ, club, bar, wedding, festival, and event that allowed me to do what I loved — thank you. I can’t name everyone, but I promise I haven’t forgotten you.
The bands- Man this state has a TON of talent I appreciate you guys leaking me music & respecting the art of what I do. Love yall
I’m closing this chapter with a full heart and a lifetime of memories. I’m excited to see what the next chapter brings at Don’s Barbershop in Scott,La
I’ll still be out there supporting our local music. If you see me at a festival or somewhere down the road, come say hello.
Thank you for 30 incredible years.
It’s been an honor.
Peace, Love & Music. ❤️🎶
