I CAN’T KEEP CALM…these items are too good!!!

The Schuylkill County Junior Fair Board is having its first fundraiser and it’s a great one! The members created fair apparel to help you rep the fair we love while looking stylish (and having some fun). There are so many options for styles from youth to adult, sweatshirts to hats, solid colors and tie dye…something for everyone.

The store closes on June 14th and orders will arrive before the fair. Please check it out, order some goodies, and share, share, share!

Hosted by the Schuylkill County Fair Royalty Program and line dancing led by our 2023 Fair Queen Kamryn👑

Join us on June 13th from 12-4!

Join us for an afternoon of dancing, games, and fun while supporting the Royalty Program!

✨ NO ENTRY FEE ✨

🕺 FOUR HOURS of line dancing fun for ALL skill levels!

• Lessons during the first hour

• Open requests for the final three hours

• A mix of beginner, intermediate, and advanced dances throughout the day

Need a break from the dance floor?

🎯 Enjoy games, activities, and snacks during the event!

The Schuylkill County Fair Royalty Program gives young women the opportunity to promote the fair, support the community, and advocate for agriculture throughout Schuylkill County. Each year, new royalty is crowned during fair week and spends the year representing the fair at community events and agricultural activities.

This event is a great chance to meet the current royalty, learn more about the program, and support the future of the Schuylkill County Fair!

As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, Pennsylvania Farm Bureau pauses to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation. Their courage and devotion have preserved the freedoms which shape the fabric of our communities.

This day of remembrance carries deep meaning for our farming families, many of whom have proudly served or have loved ones in the armed forces. We are reminded that the strength and resilience that define American agriculture are deeply connected to the same values upheld by our servicemen and women.

As we reflect on the legacy of those who gave their lives for our freedom, let us also extend our gratitude to the families they left behind. Their sacrifice is felt every day, and we stand with them in solemn appreciation.

May this Memorial Day be a time of remembrance, unity, and hope.
From all of us at Pennsylvania Farm Bureau, thank you — and may we never forget.

Do you know a young person who has exhibited an animal at the Schuylkill County Fair through a Schuylkill County 4-H Club or a Schuylkill County FFA Chapter? Are they planning to continue their education after high school?

The FARM Youth Scholarship Fund is accepting applications through June 1st! This scholarship supports graduating seniors pursuing post-secondary education. Eligible students must have shown an animal at the Schuylkill County Fair as a member of the Schuylkill County 4-H Club or a Schuylkill County FFA Chapter.
