Posting for all my former Feathers...Pat has done so much for us all over the years, we wish her the best as she sets off on her new adventure!

Dear Dance Community,

Patricia has been supporting the New England Dance community for a decade as the person behind the scenes taking registrations, organizing swag, doing the programs and show orders, helping at the festivals and workshops and shows, and more. Honestly, Raq-On would not have been able to do so much without her help. She is moving to be closer to family and leaving New England.

The dance community lost a beautiful soul today. 💔Maryann was an amazing artist and friend who poured all of herself into every single event. Always supportive and encouraging, we will miss her presence and continue to dance in her honor.

Such a beautiful day at the Summer Kickoff Hafla , thunderstorms and all! My last event before the "official" hand off of the troupe and ADK-Raqs events to Adk-Raqs Bellydance and Jacquelyn Scally. I have no doubt that she will keep the dancing alive in the 'Dacks.
I want to thank all the dancers who traveled up to the farm for this event, it was good to see so many of my favorite dance friends all in one place. And thank you for indulging my pilot episode of teaching Persian dance.
I'll be taking a break this summer, getting settled in our new home and community. I'll also be working on workshop material for Raqs and Persian styles so please reach out if that's something you want to see in the fall.
