Wow — Thank you Larry Felton and RadioRadioX.com for this excellent profile and interview with Mopco Improv Theatre teacher and artist Maria Ayoob. It gives a fabulous sense of what it’s like to take an improv class and how many of our students have grown into tight knit groups — friends and troupes — and sometimes morphed into teachers themselves! 🔗 in bio on Instagram and in comments on Facebook to read it.

👑 🪣 This pic is a slice of Mopco life from a recent sold out Friday night show!

Jon Kimlicko was crowned the Maestro and here’s some for ya — his bio from back when he was in the Mop & Bucket Company! “Jon Kimlicko was born into a show biz family. His father, Franklin, is a classical guitar teacher and his mother, Sheila, is an opera singer. Becoming an improviser was the logical result of this union. Jon is a graduate of the Second City Training Center in Chicago. He also completed the improv programs at both Improv Olympic and the Annoyance Theatre also in Chicago. Jon is a singer and a songwriter. One of his children’s songs, ” Extinction” got an Honorable Mention in the John Lennon Song Writing Contest. Jon is proud to be part of Mop & Bucket.”
