The 'Souvenir Shirts' story: I can no longer wear tee shirts because of the breathing and feeding tubes. To ruin them by slicing them up the front, or tossing them into bins where their historical or novelty value would be lost we decided to try this;
I personally will wash, IRON (hadda go buy a iron), and place on wire hangers 100 of my 'Best' tee shirts complete with grease and blood stains, bullet holes, and whatever,...but Freshed Washed and IRONED, for sale at the party. They will be $5.00each or two for $10.00 with ALL of the proceeds after costs going to the AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY on behalf of the Patrons of the Sawmill Tavern.
Some of the $10.00 donation at the door and some of the new Saw Survives tee shirts will go to the AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY on behalf of the Patrons of the Sawmill Tavern. I'm hoping to raise $1,000. for Cancer Research. This party is to Thank all of you who's support has helped me to survive this disease thus far that has claimed the lives of so many of our dearest friends and family members. This is NOT a fund raising event for me or promotors in any sense but does have a goal of a grand for The AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY.
