Caspeejeo Creations

Caspeejeo Creations I started this journey because I love creating beautiful products to fit any need or occasion. Think back to the gifts that were given from the heart.

Everyone loves to receive personalized customized gifts, don't you agree? Weren't they by far the best? ✨ Hey there, I’m Kim — the heart, hands, and slightly ink-stained mind behind Caspeejeo Creations. After decades as a nurse, life flipped in 2021. What followed was loss, healing, and a creative awakening that carried me from medicine to memory-making. In 2023, I launched Caspeejeo Creations—na

med after my first three grandbabies: Cassidie, PJ, and Theo. Now with Rylee, Ben, and Madelyn Mae in the mix, inspiration never runs out (though quiet time sure does). My work is personal, imperfect, and rooted in memory. Whether it’s a keepsake tile or a hoodie that makes you laugh-snort, every piece carries a piece of me—made to honor you.

Where can you find me?

I do have a Facebook business page, Art by Rachel Jarmusz.

My brother makes and hosts websites.

I used to have one years ago, but stopped when I had babies!

It was too much.

Now that they are getting older, I have a domain name and working on making pages for my brother to put up.

It will be functional soon. 😂

It's www.racheljarmusz.com

I am happy to take commissions.

Please feel free to message me!

I also have some painted ornaments left for only $20.

Normally it's $50 because they can take me a few hours or more.

Tiny doesn't necessarily mean faster!

😂 Here are several but I have more!!

One thing I don't always talk about is how grateful I am for my family support.

My parents took me to art camps and helped pay for my art schooling.

They always appreciated my art and hung it up or displayed it.

My mother was very creative.

I loved doing crafts with her and enjoyed watching her sew beautiful needlepoint pictures.

My grandfather on my dad's side worked for Kodak.

He loved drawing and photography.

My husband has always supported me.

When I was a young, broke artist, he bought me an easel, a tent for festivals, and paid for prints and cards to be made.

He joked last weekend of where his cut of profit was. 😂

He has helped me set up and take down festivals years ago which is a royal pain.

He's put up with my late nights painting.

Our children have also dealt with how much time I've dedicated toward my art.

They all are very honest with me so I ask them to check my art for changes before finishing.
They are always right!

My son and daughter helped with set up and the festival since my husband has a spinal injury and chronic pain.

I appreciate them! 🥰

Here is us at our son's Confirmation with the new Bishop of Rochester.

Very nice guy!

My husband's back was killing him so he hobbled out to the car.

I told him he didn't need to stand or kneel during service but he kept trying.

Behind the Scenes

My family was very patient with me as I prepared for months for last weekend's art festival.
I had my stuff everywhere and I'm still putting things away!

😂 Honestly, I camped out painting at my family room coffee table.

I have a space I can paint at in our finished basement but not all my dogs go down there.

They get upset knowing I'm down there without them.

Coffee table it is!

They sleep on the couch next to me painting.

I don't have a photo but this is AI version.

Pretty accurate! 😂

I've been blessed to hear a lot of amazing testimonials from people who gifted my art to a loved one.

It's so touching.

One customer's cat passed away (different from one above) and she gifted it to her pre-teen daughter.

She sent pictures of her opening it and her face said it all.

She was so thrilled to have a painted ornament of her cherished cat.

Tears of joy.

That's what keeps me motivated!

I really want people to enjoy my art.

I love making custom pieces because it's so meaningful for people; their beloved pet, children, a favorite home or place, a vehicle with memories and more.

I enjoy painting all subject matters but I do love anything with nature and animals.
A favorite piece I painted was of a Lily pond in Bora Bora.

We honeymooned there years ago.

Gorgeous!

I enjoyed painting all the beautiful colors!

😍 It now hangs in my daughter Lily's room.

My story: I have always loved art since I could draw.
I enjoyed drawing whenever I could, growing up.

I took many art courses and camps in high school and I went to Syracuse University for Illustration and Nazareth College for my Masters in Art Education.

I teach art for high school and I take commissions for drawings and paintings of any subject matter.

I just tried my first outdoor festival since 15 years ago.
Saturday was a windstorm and was chaotic!

My daughter Lily and I held onto the tent and art for dear life.
A tree fell on someone's tent and 2 people in it went to the hospital!

Definitely was not expecting this!

Sunday was better.

Everything that could go wrong did, 😂😂😂, but Lily and I laughed it off because what else could we do?

Well friends, we’ve reached the end of my spotlight week!

First, thank you for spending time with me, reading my posts, sharing your stories, and letting me ramble about herbs. It’s been a lot of fun.

Over the past few days you’ve learned that:

🌿 A homemade bug spray accidentally started my business.

🌿 Chronic tick-borne illnesses sent me down an herbal rabbit hole I never expected to travel.

🌿 Some of my products have surprised me as much as they’ve surprised my customers.

🌿 I apparently have a habit of naming products things that make people laugh.

Before I disappear back into my little corner of the internet, let’s do a Q&A!

Ask me anything:

🌱 Herbs

🌱 My products

🌱 Running a small business

🌱 Being a hospice nurse

🌱 Chronic illness

🌱 Working nights

🌱 The creative process behind my formulas

🌱 Why I named something what I named it

🌱 What’s in my coffee cup

🌱 Or anything else you’re wondering about

Nothing is off-limits (within reason… I do reserve the right to plead the Fifth 😆).

Drop your questions below and I’ll hang around throughout the day answering them!

Every once in a while, a product name pops into my head and I immediately know there’s no changing it.

Calm the Actual F Down was one of those.

As someone who lives with ADHD, chronic illness, works hospice triage nights, runs a business, and occasionally remembers seventeen things I forgot to do at 2:00 in the morning, I am deeply familiar with the feeling of a nervous system that has decided absolutely everything is an emergency.

You know the feeling.

Your brain is running twelve tabs at once.

Your heart is trying out for an Olympic event.

Someone asks you one tiny question and suddenly you’re considering moving into the woods and becoming one with the raccoons.

That’s the energy behind this blend.

I wanted something simple. Something gentle. Something for those moments when your brain and body need a reminder that we’re not actually being chased by a saber-toothed tiger.

So I combined lavender, chamomile, and passionflower, three herbs traditionally used to support relaxation, calm racing thoughts, and help an overstimulated nervous system take a collective deep breath.

It’s one of the newest things I’ve created, but it might also be one of the products that feels the most me.

Part herbal formula.

Part public service announcement.

Part life philosophy.

Because let’s be honest…

Sometimes the best wellness advice isn’t complicated.

Sometimes it’s simply: Calm the Actual F Down.

Tell me I’m not the only one. What’s something completely harmless that somehow manages to send your stress level from 0 to 100 in record time?

Sometimes the products that surprise me the most end up sticking around the longest.

To The Rescue started as a healing salve. My goal was to create something that would support skin repair, soothe irritation, and help with all those little bumps, scrapes, and annoyances life likes to throw at us.

Then I started using it on my hands.

At the time, my arthritis was making itself known in a big way, and one day I realized something.

My hands didn’t hurt.

At first I brushed it off.

Then it happened again.

And again.

That’s when I had one of those “Well, that’s interesting…” moments that every herbal nerd secretly lives for.

What started as a skin-support salve had accidentally become one of my favorite things for sore joints, achy muscles, bruises, and everyday wear-and-tear.

To this day, it’s one of the products I keep within arm’s reach.

It’s made with comfrey-infused olive oil, beeswax, tea tree, and copaiba, a simple combination that ended up being far more versatile than I originally imagined.

I love when plants humble me a little.

I thought I knew exactly what I was making.

The herbs had other ideas.

Have you ever bought, created, or discovered something for one purpose, only to realize it was even better at something completely different?
