Please join us for a concert co-sponsored by the New Rochelle Library as part of the Library’s celebration of New Rochelle ArtsFest 2024. A Brass Quintet from the Aaron Copland School of Music will perform a concert ranging from Baroque to Broadway. A great opportunity for younger listeners to learn about the variety of brass instruments and how musicians perform together. A special ArtsFest event!

P’an, a collaborative instrumental ensemble drawing on musical styles from around the world will perform at the New Rochelle Public Library at 2 pm. P’an’s influences include the traditions of Brazil, Turkey, Cuba, the Middle East, and beyond. Their program will also include arrangements of scores composed by Joe Hisaishi for several famous anime films by Hayao Miyazaki including Spirited Away, The Wind Rises and Porco Rosso.
