If you've been wanting to learn from us, our annual week-long workshop at the John C. Campbell Folk School in Brasstown, North Carolina is open for registration! The workshop is from April 18 - 25, 2027. Spots are VERY limited, so we encourage you to sign up immediately.

Please note that this is usually our only public workshop for us during the year.

Paperhand family - we really need your help this summer!

Do you attend a place of worship, does your workplace need volunteer opportunities or are you a part of an organization, group, club or scout troop?

Paperhand is looking for groups of 6-10 people, ages 16+ to volunteer to help us run our front of house for our shows in Chapel Hill from August 7 - September 27.

Paperhand family - we are so excited to perform for you this summer, but we need your help before August comes around. We have a goal of $3,000 a month we need to reach in order for Paperhand to keep working all year-round. Right now we're at $2300 a month. If every person that followed us on social media donated even just $1 a month, we'd easily reach this goal. We have levels of giving from $1 to $15 a month - so please give what you can so we can keep making art for you.

Our apprentices aren't having any fun in our studio this summer 😆 😜 We hope to see you this Saturday for more Community Workday fun! Drop by from 10am-5pm at 2800 Austin Quarter Rd in Saxapahaw. Just a fair warning that if you arrive after 2pm, we can't promise that any projects will be left to work on, so plan accordingly!

If you can't make it this Saturday we still have 4 Saturdays after this weekend left to volunteer in our studio for the season!
