Developed in the darkroom! We made glow-in-the-dark screen-printed totes, and they’re yours free when you sign up for an open studio darkroom session this fall. We’ve got multiple dates lined up…come hang and learn the process ✌️

Our new darkroom is open to beginners and pros alike. We’ll teach you the ropes! Bring your own 35mm or medium format B&W film, or use some of ours. Dig through old family albums for forgotten negatives 👀

The studio glows during moody days, making for an especially cozy space. Mama's Broke on vinyl and SW Michigan Travel, Curated in hand are always an excellent addition.

Nature block printing is one of our favorites here at Handmade Studio. You get to burn wood (that cedar smell is amazing) and learn the basics of printmaking — it’s a great time, which is why you’ll always find it on our class schedule ✌️

What a couple of months it’s been! The support and love from this community has meant everything. We’re still settling in, but the space keeps growing — maker space upgrades, shop improvements, and an ever-expanding lineup of independent artists, stationery, and so much more on the way. 👀

Huge thanks to all the makers and artists that fill our shop!
