Chorus Camp starts NEXT WEEK and we'd like to take a moment to highlight the exceptional faculty you'll be learning from.

Tina Zenker Williams works with the Savannah Philharmonic Chorus as their Diction Coach, preparing to sing works in German, Italian, Russian, Finnish and more! When not working with the chorus you'll see her around town teaching voice lessons, performing with Savannah Baroque, and directing the Cathedral Girls Choir at the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist.

Tyler Moore joins our faculty this summer teaching music theory and sight-reading. Tyler teaches music theory at Savannah Arts Academy and serves as a pastor and music director at Hope Bible Church of Savannah.

Your SavPhil's staff and musicians are hard at work this summer planning to bring you another spectacular season of musical performances and educational outreach for the 2026-27 concert season!

With the generous support of patrons like YOU, we finished the 2025-26 concert season with such fond memories, including sold out concerts, our popular Phil the Neighborhoods series, the inaugural season of the Savannah Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, and much more!

Chorus Camp starts NEXT WEEK and we'd like to take a moment to highlight the exceptional vocal teachers you'll be learning from!

Rebecca Flaherty joins our Chorus Camp faculty as one of our voice teachers for soprano and altos. She is the founder and Artistic Director of SING: Savannah Inspiring the Next Generation, a nonprofit community choir for singers in Kindergarten – 12th grade. Now in her seventh year teaching with SCCPSS at Marshpoint Elementary, she also serves as Music Minister at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Savannah.

Colin Harrison is a Savannah native with over 10 years of experience in musical direction and ensemble education. Colin sings with Servire Chorus, a professional chorus and service organization based in the Southeastern United States. He also serves as the Bass/Baritone section leader for the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist. Colin will be working with our Tenors and Basses as their vocal teacher.

Beth Splaine sang professionally for fifteen years after studying at the New England Conservatory’s extension program. Twenty-two years later she is on the Rhode Island Philharmonic voice faculty while also maintaining a private studio in her Savannah home. Beth also serves as a Vocal Coach for the Savannah Philharmonic Chorus.
