The reason this says “AI content” is because I had ChatGPT clean the photo up a bit.

Long before I was a wedding/event. DJ, music was already a huge part of my life. ❤️

I knew I had this photo somewhere, and tonight I finally found it.

Years ago, I actually don’t remember what year this was, while working in radio, I had the incredible opportunity to meet Dolly Parton. With her passing, I’ve thought about this moment quite a bit, and finding this picture, and brought it all back.

What a talent. What a songwriter. And what an unforgettable part of American music.

I’ll never forget this moment.
I’m so thankful I got to meet her. ❤️

What a weekend! 🎶

Friday night, I joined The Girlfriends at the American Legion on Bull Street. Saturday marked my 22nd year playing the Tybee Prom, benefiting the Humane Society for Greater Savannah. Then on Sunday, I joined Kim Gusby and the WSAV team at Party in the Park, where school supplies collected throughout our community were distributed to local students.

I was so surprised and grateful to see both events featured on Kim’s show Monday morning and hearing her kind words about me on the air truly made my day!

It was a busy weekend, but these are the moments that remind me how much I love bringing music, people and our community together. ❤️
