Our FIRST yoga class 🧘‍♀️✨!!! Take a pause from the hustle and bustle of life; by grounding down gently, in this Trauma-Informed Slow Flow practice with ! This practice is open to anyone with a body; looking to explore gentle movement in a safe, and uplifting environment.

You can expect:

-A 60 minute trauma-informed, and beginner friendly flow led by Yoga Alliance certified instructor Madison.

-Stay after the practice for tea and reflection.

No experience required!

Simply bring a yoga mat, maybe a blanket and yourself(or a friend).

Feb 14 at 1pm!! 💝💝💝 Valentine, Galentine, or just You Time, join for a fun afternoon of stitching, chocolate, and laughs! This sweet little design will introduce numerous new stitches and, of course, a little bit of gold. 🤩

This class is suited for beginners or those looking to sharpen your hand embroidery skills. It’s always a good time taught at a relaxed pace.
