Considering throwing together a split trip Sunday the 30th. $250 per person. Going to some mostly public numbers. Bottom fishing with one or two live lines out the back. 20-30 miles out. 4 seats open. Depart Tybee marina at 7a for a 6 hour trip.

All gear, bait, licenses, and bottled water included.

Another HOT day here on the coast. But that bite was a steady sound of drag pull and was topped off with a 20lb bonnet head!!! Tomorrow is a rest/reset day and then back at it for the rest of the weekend!! September is filling fast and the bite is getting better and better so get on the books!

Cuda tacos anyone?? Mrs. Scott came out last year with her wild bunch of sisters and had so much fun she brought along her family today to go offshore!! We bounced around and found some good eaters!! The highlight was getting this toothy fish on the gaf!! Bubba Gumbo's had it cooked up for them 3 ways with just 1 fillet! See y'all next time!!!

A short but productive trip out this morning. The forecast was not right and we had to make a big swing around the storm and shoot the gap in front of the next one to get back in safely. Weather can turn in an instant and quick concise thinking can be the ticket to getting in (mostly) dry and home to talk about it. The video in my story is the last fish before we made the decision to come back in. Lightning started up and was getting closer.
