THE 7 MAGIC WORDS
1- MOVE:
Move your house, your bed, your body. Take a walk, get out in the mornings, get out of the routine of work, relationships and life patterns. Change your perspective. Reach out to those people with whom you can be authentic and who will nurture your wildest dreams. You don't need to move mountains, moving a small stone can do wonders.
2- TOUCH:
Touch the parts you love of your body. Give hugs at the bakery, in the park, at the doors of the entire city. Kiss people on the cheek. Pet your cat or dog some more. Savor the sensation of a silk scarf, of a piece of wood, of the different textures. Moss, bark, rocks and water. The more you do it, the more comfortable you will feel with the pleasure of playing.
3- LISTEN:
Sit quietly and notice how much is there to be heard. Listen to the people, what they are really saying. Listen to the last note of each song. Listen to your inner voice, the one you only hear when the confusion of each day diminishes. Hear the rustling of the leaves, the call of the frogs, the creak of the wood burning in your fireplace. Listen with your heart and always listen to what is never spoken.
4- FEEL:
Pain, experience joy, until you feel like you are going to evaporate. Allow yourself to laugh until it hurts, feel the love from the depths of your heart. Surrender to the sensuality of life. Get angry and express your fury, if necessary, but do it alone. If you do not really feel, you are not alive.
5- TRUST:
You know what you need to know. Stop your doubts. That internal tickle is your highest truth and it will serve you in the best way. You regret when you do not know or refuse your intuition. Keep this in mind: Ultimately, you and only you know what is best for you. If you spend your entire day painting without realizing it, that's what you should do. If you love walking next to the ocean, find a way to get there. If you don't completely trust yourself, you turn into mold.
6- MEET:
With the men and women you love. Have tea with someone, walk in company through the forest, talk and talk, read aloud to others. Celebrate that your hair, your skin, your body and your stories are different from those of others and at the same time are completely similar. Cook and eat in company.
7- RECEIVE:
For once, stop giving and giving and giving to everyone but yourself. Accept compliments gracefully. The voice you need to hear, the hug, that moment to talk, the food on your table, the money you need, will always be provided. Open yourself to receive, open your hands so that they are filled with abundance. Receive all the good things you deserve and remember to show gratitude for your life.
