We are looking for a proactive and motivated candidate who can provide our guests top notch customer service. We will provide you the training necessary to become a VR expert but prior gaming experience is helpful. We want our customers to have the best experience possible. Most of them are coming in completely unfamiliar with virtual reality. It is our responsibility to guide them into both understanding and enjoying their experience. At this time we are looking for weekends, however, there is an availability for more hours throughout the rest of the week. Experience with Virtual Reality is not necessary but beneficial. A background in customer service is preferred.
Flexible schedule and part-time only.

You’ll be expected to:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Assist customers which includes help them select and setup VR games,
Filling up the forms.
- Check out customers through our POS system.
- Troubleshoot the equipment when necessary.
- Keep the equipment and facility clean.
- Help create a professional and positive environment for our customers

Required skills:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Basic understanding of computer, games and internet.
customer service and/or retail sales experience
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
