The baby pool is up and running! We will work out any kinks as we move along!! Pool is open today from 12pm to 8pm for open swim!!!
We are into boiler and vent repairs now! Things are happening, everything just takes time!

Hello everyone! The pool will be closed tonight so there will be no open swim! It is the first day of school and they are hosting Meet the Thunder tonight at the high school. Doors open at 6:30pm! If you can go support our WC students, please do! We will see everyone tomorrow!

We’re clearing out the old West Carroll High School in Savanna, and there’s 𝐚 𝐋𝐎𝐓 up for grabs! Come dig through the building and see what treasures you can find — tables, chairs, books, school items, random finds and plenty more.

For some clarification there is no group swim lessons this week. Scheduling of private lessons is still moving and I will be reaching out to others tomorrow to get them scheduled. Trying to work around all schedules has been hard.
Open swim today is noon to 8pm!

Savanna Youth Soccer is still accepting registrations. This program is open to children not only in Savanna, but surrounding communities as well. Forms can be found at the Polar Express or from the information board at Sullivan's Foods. There is also a QR code in this week's Savanna Times Journal. Season runs Sept. 12- Oct. 17. Fee is only $25 per player and payments can be dropped off at the Park District office. For questions or comments, contact Mike and Katie Herrig at [email protected].

If you have furniture or other items to dispose of please use the appropriate disposal or donation options available in our community. In addition, if you see someone engaging in illegal dumping please report it the Park District and we will involve local authorities for investigation.
