PERFECT ARRANGEMENT with Walking Shadow Theatre Company is a mixture of witty sitcom-like comedy and provocative drama that examines the early years of the gay rights Movement in America.

It wonderfully explores themes of identity, secrecy, and the struggle for freedom. Running through June 21 at The Crane Theater in Minneapolis.

The party is ROARIN’ ON in Minneapolis at THE GREAT GATSBY here through June 7th!

This dazzling musical adaption of the novel by F.Scott Fitzgerald has it all; from big show stopping dance numbers to poignant moments showcasing the emotional arcs about ambition, love, and desire so beautifully working all together. I’ve been listening to the cast recording on REPEAT ever since!!

WHAT THE CONSTITUTION MEANS TO ME at Artistry MN has kept me thinking about our nations document and, just like the playwright, how my relationship with it has changed over the years. A thought-provoking and personal story that allows the audience to be an active participant. Be part of the narrative and debate!

THE MOST HAPPY FELLA with Ten Thousand Things Theater is a delightful few hours of musical theatre you get to experience with a top-notch cast up close. A story of a mail order bride, mistaken identity, hurt, and eventual love in California’s Napa Valley. Catch it before it’s too late!

Back to History Theatre for the return of COURTING HARRY by Lee Blessing- it’s a profound exploration of an (almost) lifelong friendship of Warren Burger and Harry Blackmun. Starting in Daytons Bluff in St. Paul all the way up until they served together on the US Supreme Court. It’s a compelling memory play that is full of history, drama about the law, and a fair amount of humor as we navigate together one of the courts most controversial decisions.

Running through June 7, don’t miss a chance to see this one!

Last produced at HT in 2013, I can’t help but think about audience members who have seen it both times and get a chance to discuss how the world, laws, and our country has changed in those 13 years. If that’s you… message me and I’m all ears to chat!
