The bathrooms at the Watab Park Splash Pad are now closed for the season. A portable restroom will be placed at the park in the coming days for continued public use.

Progress is continuing at Lions Park, and the new ADA-compliant bathroom is really starting to take shape! We’re excited to watch this long-awaited park amenity come to life and look forward to seeing the finished project.

With access along 1st St. N and the parking lot now open, visitors can stop by Lions Park and see the progress firsthand. Please remember to stay out of the designated construction area and allow crews to safely continue their work.

We’ve been having a little fun with our team colors—from pretty in pink for Women’s Health🩷🧘🏼‍♀️ to Sabre blue for Sabre Homecoming 💙🏈.

We love any excuse to bring a little fun and personality to our work—and of course, show some Sartell spirit along the way!

Due to utility work connecting the new Lions Park bathroom to sewer and water lines, 1st Street N will be closed to access the Lions Park parking lot until further notice. In the meantime, the park can still be accessed by parking along 1st Street N prior to the road closure.

The utility hookup is expected to be completed within the next few days. We’ll provide another update once the work is complete and the parking lot is accessible again. Thanks for your patience while we get this exciting new park amenity connected.

After a summer full of friendly competition, our pickleballers at Val Smith Park wrapped up their season by gathering for some food and fun at the park shelter.

As a reminder, all of our rentable park shelters will close for the season this Thursday, October 1. Reservations for the 2027 season will open on January 1, 2027.
