This isn’t going to be a flashy show post. It’s not a promotion for what’s coming next.
If anything, we hope it lands as a promotion of love. Of peace. Of being a little easier on each other and on ourselves.
As cliché as it may sound, this world continues to test us as human beings. And all of us are moving through different seasons of our lives. Seasons of change. Beautiful new beginnings. Hard endings. Continuations of adventures we never could have planned for.
Through all of it, somehow, there’s music.
At the end of the day, that’s why we’re here. Because of what music can take us away from. Because of what it brings us back to. Because of what it makes us feel when we don’t have the words for it ourselves.
We think it’s important to keep reminding ourselves of that. So be easy on you today.
Listen to music. Listen to nothing. Sit in the quiet for a while. Hold yourself in stillness. Call somebody you love. Give yourself permission to just be wherever you are.
And know that when you’re out there in our crowd..whether you’re singing every word, dancing your ass off, standing quietly in the back, or just trying to feel something for a couple of hours..we see you.
We’re grateful you’re here. Take care of yourselves. Take care of each other. We’ll see you in the music. 🌊
