Today hit a little different. 💜

INK TECH was out at Sarasota Fights Fentanyl today, but for me this wasn’t just another event or a chance to promote the shop. This one was personal.

I know what it’s like to be the person people thought might not make it. I know what it’s like to lose people along the way, and I know how lucky I am to still be here today, living a life I honestly never thought I would have.

So being able to stand out there today — with a business I built, surrounded by people I love, giving back to the same community I’m a part of — meant more to me than I can really put into words.

To everyone who stopped by the INK TECH table, entered the giveaways, bought a shirt, shared a story, laughed with us or just showed some love — thank you. 💜

And to everyone still fighting: keep fighting. Your life can look completely different one day. Sometimes you just have to survive long enough to see it.

Today we remembered the ones we lost, supported the ones still fighting, and celebrated the ones who made it through.

💜 TODAY IS SARASOTA FIGHTS FENTANYL. 💜

Today isn’t about Ink Tech.

It’s about the people we’ve lost, the people who are still fighting, the families who have had their lives changed forever, and the people who made it out and are here today to show somebody else that recovery is possible.

I know what it feels like to think you’re too far gone. There was a time when I genuinely didn’t think I was going to make it out of that life.

But I did.

And today I get to stand on the other side of it and be part of something like Sarasota Fights Fentanyl.

So if you’re anywhere around Sarasota today, come out. Walk with us. Remember somebody. Support somebody. Talk to the organizations and people who are out there doing this work every day. And if you see somebody struggling, remind them that their story doesn’t have to end where they are right now.

Ink Tech will be there today, and we wanted to use what we do to give something back.

We’re giving away OVER $10,000 IN INK TECH GIFT CERTIFICATES, and anyone who wants their clean date tattooed can come into Ink Tech and get it tattooed FREE. 💜

Come out and walk with us tomorrow JD Hamel Park downtown Sarasota 9 o’clock !!!!!

Tomorrow Ink Tech will be out at the Sarasota Fights Fentanyl Overdose Awareness Walk, and this is one that means a lot to me personally.

Recovery gave me a life I honestly never thought I would have, so being able to show up tomorrow, give back and be a part of something like this means more to me than I can really put into words.

We’ve got a lot planned. We’ll be giving away OVER $10,000 WORTH OF GIFT CERTIFICATES, offering FREE CLEAN DATE TATTOOS to anyone who wants one, and giving away TWO FREE RECOVERY-RELATED TATTOOS. 💜
