Out of 10,124 entries from 122 states and 56 countries, only 50 artworks were selected— and I’m absolutely delighted that my painting, Weave of Humanity, has been chosen for display at Sarasota’s Bayfront Park in Florida!

Representing Oman and its rich culture in this incredible exhibition is truly special to me. Having lived in this peaceful and beautiful country for 30 years, I’ve witnessed firsthand how people of different nationalities come together in harmony—Oman truly exemplifies unity in diversity. 🇴🇲✨The audio is shared along side the painting.

A heartfelt moment was when the distinguished ambassadors attending the event chose to take a group photo with my painting—an honor I will cherish forever. 💙

"Celebrating Oman' 🇴🇲 – A group art exhibition organized by Rangrez Art Club, Oman under the auspices of the Indian Social Club Oman was inaugurated by our esteemed guest of honor, Ana Algabre Hernandez. spouse of the Ambassador of Philippines Embassy. 🌹 Indian artists honored Oman on its 54th National Day by capturing the essence of the nation through stunning depictions, of its rich culture and breathtaking natural landscapes.
My painting titled 'The Allure of Muttrah Corniche' captures Muscat's iconic promenade-a picturesque 3 km stretch along the sparkling waterfront.

As an artist, I took the creative leap by choosing to paint posters for our recent exhibition, Bioscope: Posters reimagined.
The first movie I chose to create a poster for was the award winning movie Lagaan as a tribute to Khan productions, whose movies I thoroughly enjoy.
Lagaan was screened at numerous international film festivals and garnered multiple accolades. It was the third, and as of 2023 the last, Indian film to be nominated for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film after Mother India (1957) and Salaam Bombay! (1988). Lagaan became the most-awarded film at the 47th Filmfare Awards with eight wins, including Best Film, Best Director for Gowariker and Best Actor for Khan. At the 49th National Film Awards, the film won eight awards, including Best Popular Film.

The second film whose poster I chose to create was "Spiderman: Across the Spiderverse," a special dedication to my son, an ardent fan of Marvel productions. The American Film Institute named Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse one of the top-ten films of 2023. Among its numerous accolades, it won Best Animated Feature at the Critics' Choice Movie Awards, Annie Awards and Producers Guild of America Awards and received nominations for the same category at the Golden Globe Awards, BAFTA Awards, and Academy Awards.
