Celebrating 13 Years‼️ Without knowing it, Paragon Festival started a Labor Day Weekend tradition on the South Shore of Long Island, in New York. The community of Westhampton Beach is famous for miles of ocean and picturesque shores. The Westhampton Festival of the Arts connects art lovers with artist stunning outdoor gallery showcase. Admission to this great festival is free.
