New Residential Project Unveiled in Downtown Sarasota
Sarasota developer Jebco Ventures (www.jebcoventuresinc.com) has unveiled plans for Q, a residential development project in downtown Sarasota. Located at 1750 Ringling Blvd., the new community will offer 39 townhomes starting in the high $300,000s. The first residences will be ready for occupancy in December, and the project is scheduled for completion in 2014. A list of floor plan options is available here. Kurt Lucas and Boyan Guran of JKL Design Group, Inc. also contributed to the project.
