Pandemic News
The last Open Studio tour of the The Sarasota Visual Artists Studios Open Studio Tour Series was on a beautiful Saturday, March 7th, 2019. Looking back at the fabulous 2019-2020 studio tour season from today's perspective we see how precious our experiences together were and we are enormously grateful to all the wonderful and enthusiastic visitors and participants that made it so successful and such an exciting adventure for all. We are also deeply grateful for our extended (10/19 - 09/20 ) exhibition, "The Independent Eye" beautifully curated by Francine Birbragher Rosencwaig and sponsored by and featured at the Sarasota’s Art Ovation Hotel.
Due to the pandemic we are not (as of now) planning studio tours this coming season in order to avoid in-person gatherings of groups. However we are here and each of our studios are active workplaces and showplaces. There are always exciting new works and a fascinating workspace filled with interesting things to see at each artist's studio. If you have any questions about our group and/or if you are interested in purchasing from our artists you are welcome to contact us for answers or to arrange a private safely socially distanced private viewing with any of our artists. Stay safe and healthy and we look forward to seeing you when the time is right!
